How we think about the work

Four principles that shape every engagement, from a $2K site walk to a $75K refresh.

01

No outsourcing

Every engagement is handled in-house by our own team. Your data, credentials, and network don't go to subcontractors.

02

Write it down

Every project ships with clean documentation: diagrams, SSID designs, VLAN maps, change logs. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen.

03

Don't oversell

If a cheaper piece of gear does the job, we say so. If you already have something that works, we configure it properly.

04

Respect the budget

Non-profit vendor programs from Cisco, Microsoft, and Dell are real money. We stack them, do the paperwork, and show you what we saved.

Frequently asked

Click any question to expand.

Do you contract out any of your work?
No. Every engagement is handled in-house, from the first site walk through to ongoing support. Your data, credentials, and network are not passed to subcontractors.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. Tickets during those hours get an initial response within 2 hours. After-hours on-call for critical issues is a scoped add-on.
How do I submit a ticket?
Every managed IT client gets a dedicated JIRA Service Management portal for intake, tracking, and history. Included for up to 100 users.
Do you do onsite visits?
Yes, when remote resolution isn't feasible. Travel is billed at one hour each way at our standard rate. We attempt remote first.
What systems do you support?
Managed IT agreements cover Microsoft Windows-based systems. macOS, Linux, and mobile support is available via separate written amendments.
What's the contract length?
Typically 12 months, with 30 to 45 days written notice for termination after the initial term. Renewals continue on a rolling basis.
