Who we serve

Three kinds of organizations make up most of our work. If you recognize yourself here, we probably know your situation.

Non-profits

10–200 staff & volunteers

Community-focused organizations running on a lean IT budget with grant-cycle funding. You need documentation that survives staff turnover and pricing that respects the mission.

  • Grant-aware project scoping
  • Vendor-negotiated non-profit pricing
  • Documentation for procurement reviews
Small businesses

5–100 users

Owner-operated or small-team organizations that outgrew DIY IT but don't need (and can't justify) a full-time hire. You want predictable cost and someone who actually answers the phone.

  • Predictable monthly billing
  • JIRA ticketing & response-time SLAs
  • Growth-ready Meraki & Windows builds
Community organizations

Multi-site & recreational

Recreation centres, faith groups, membership clubs, and cooperatives with multiple sites, public Wi-Fi, and member-facing systems. You need reliability, not jargon.

  • Multi-site Meraki Wi-Fi & switching
  • Guest / staff network separation
  • Membership-platform support

Common questions

Before you book a call, here's what most people ask.

What's included in your managed IT service?
Unlimited ticket support through JIRA Service Management, Windows desktop maintenance and patching, user account administration, Cisco Meraki monitoring, and basic cybersecurity guidance. Higher tiers add Meraki endpoint management, server and Active Directory oversight, and dedicated engineer time. See the Pricing page for tier breakdowns and how the Blueprint works.
Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fees for standard onboarding. If your environment needs significant cleanup or documentation first — undocumented servers, messy Active Directory, unmanaged Meraki — we'll scope that as a one-time project with a fixed price before starting the monthly service.
What are your support hours?
Standard support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. After-hours on-call support for critical issues — full outages, server failures, active security incidents — is available as a scoped add-on, set up per client.
How does non-profit pricing actually work?
We stack vendor non-profit programs — Cisco, Microsoft, Dell — and negotiate directly on infrastructure refreshes and hardware procurement. Actual savings depend on the project, but $75K+ on a single refresh is not unusual. We do the paperwork; you get the discount.
Can you work alongside our existing IT staff?
Yes. We often supplement in-house IT teams for specialized projects — Meraki rollouts, Windows Server migrations, Entra ID Connect deployments, RAID storage builds — and hand over clean documentation when we're done. You don't need to replace your team to work with us.
Payment terms?
Multiple payment methods available — discussed at time of invoice. No credit card processing fees baked into your price.
